Sessions include one on one work with the practitioner, utilizing spiritual tools to mock up, visualize and help create the highest vibrational energy for your desired outcome.

An ancient Japanese healing practice, steeped in rich tradition, Reiki sessions are an excellent resource for deep rest, relaxation and the movement of energy. During this session, the practitioner works to clear, guide and transmit energy over the phone, to restore balance and flow to the energetic field and body.

New Year, New Space, New Home? Or simply want a clean slate? Distance Clearings are a great way to cleanse and refresh the energy of your home, office or personal space. Sessions include distance work on the specific space of your choosing, in which the practitioner will clean out every nook and cranny, and fill the space with light. Think of it like a shower for your home, or an energetic spring cleaning.

This is the powerhouse session at Super Spiritual Girl, as potential benefits include physical healing as well as eliminating toxic emotions and behaviors! Shamanic Illuminations work to remove imprints and blockages in the Luminous Energy Field, so that they no longer manifest in the physical. During these sessions, the practitioner acts as bridge between the spiritual and physical planes, identifying blocked chakras, cleansing and restoring the chakras to their “on” position. Sessions may also include intuitive guidance and feedback, and for optimal results, a minimum of 60 minutes is required and 90 minutes is recommended. Think of this session as The Works!
